Ordering and Cancellation
Ordering: To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, the consent of your legal guardian is required. Orders placed without the consent of the person whose name is used may be reported to the police on suspicion of fraud.
Cancellation: According to the Consumer Sales Act, you can cancel your order as long as the goods have not been dispatched. For customized products, cancellation may still be possible after production has started, but a fee may apply. For details on specific products, please contact us. A cancellation is considered valid when you receive a confirmation from Svea Greenhouse.
Delivery and Shipping
The shipping cost for greenhouses is included in the price when ordering. Free delivery applies to the areas: Mälardalen, southern Sweden and the west coast. Upwards in the country, delivery cost applies by agreement. For accessories and delivery outside Sweden, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Delivery times: Delivery is made according to the schedules followed by the shipping companies. On some occasions, this may mean longer delivery times depending on the destination.
Home delivery: We offer home delivery.
Warranty and Liability
Warranty conditions: Our warranties range from 1 to 10 years, depending on the type of product.
Storm damage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by insufficient anchoring, incorrect installation, damage from external objects hitting the greenhouse or wind and snow.
Other damage: No warranty is given for damage caused by snow load, frost damage or incorrect installation.
Complaints and Consumer Rights
Complaint: If you discover a defect on the product upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and send pictures of the defect. In case of approved complaints, we will cover the shipping costs. If the defect is not confirmed, you may have to return the product at your own expense.
Consumer law: Under the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about a product for up to three years from delivery if the defect was present at the time of delivery.
Payment
Klarna: We use the Klarna services. You can pay now, pay later and pay in installments safely and easily.
Card payment: Payment is made securely by card payment and we accept both Visa and MasterCard.
Apple/Google Pay: Payment is secure through these services and we accept both.
Right of withdrawal and returns
General right of withdrawal: As a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping is paid by the customer, and once the return is approved, the full amount will be refunded, minus the actual return shipping cost and handling costs.
Custom-made Products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order, such as greenhouses. However, you can cancel the order before production has started. If production has started, you may be charged for the parts that have already been manufactured.
Return shipping: For greenhouse returns within Sweden, a fixed return shipping cost of SEK 1500 incl. VAT applies in Stockholm for the “Nordic”, “Premium”, “Classic” greenhouses. The other models are according to the agreement.
Transport damage
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the goods carefully. If damage is detected during transportation, please notify the shipping company immediately and contact us within 72h. Document the damage carefully.
Disputes and Liability
Dispute: In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN).
Liability: Svea Greenhouse is liable for incorrect delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as business interruption or financial losses.
Force Majeure
Svea Greenhouse is released from liability in the event of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, snow, wind, war, labor disputes or government decisions. Events such as non-delivery from our subcontractors, costly circumstances or other similar unforeseen events, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, are also considered force majeure. This means that we cannot be held responsible for fulfilling our obligations as long as these circumstances continue.
Changes and Reservations
We reserve the right to adjust prices, change product information or offers without prior notice. Should an incorrect price be discovered, we reserve the right to correct this and possibly cancel the purchase, with a full refund to the customer.
Personal data
Svea Greenhouse handles your personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request to have your data deleted or unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
